I have been in the animal profession for 38 years. I started out as a veterinarian many, many years ago. I realized after a few years I had made the wrong career choice. No, I cannot vaccinate your pets since I let my license expire. I have five degrees, four in domestic dogs/cats, one in Egyptology. While living in England I trained with world known dog expert Barbara Woodhouse, author of many best selling books, notably, No Bad Dogs. From that experience I went onto purchasing a kennel which I ran for 10 years, obedience training and showing Afghan Hounds in the UK. I have won many grooming competitions, awards, and commendations as well as doing many television appearances and radio talk shows. All of which I think is useless but people seem to be more impressed by those things than how I treat the animals and the type of work I do. Go figure?
